At Courtside Fitness, she’s here to empower, uplift, and help you discover your strength—inside and out. With over 13 years of experience, she launched her own brand, Physiques by Felicia, where she expanded her expertise to include physique and body building. Now, she brings unmatched passion, professionalism, and empathy to every class and client she encounters.

Mario is a proud U.S. Army Veteran with a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals—a journey he began in 2021. He is certified in Strength and Conditioning, Kickboxing, and Personal Training, and specializes in creating effective, empowering programs. Hey there, Courtside! I’m your Pilates instructor, Kayla. I grew up here in League City and I’m excited to be here and consider it a privilege to guide you on your fitness journey! I really think of fitness as an extension of myself and love connecting with people who are like minded in that way. Whether its your first class or maybe you’re a seasoned “gym rat” like my self. Fitness Instructor
Tenia Mo is our dynamic Xtreme Hip Hop with Phil step instructor, bringing her vibrant energy all the way from Port Arthur! A certified spin instructor as well, Tenia is full of life, love, and motivation. Xtreme Hip Hop is a powerful cardio workout that fuses traditional step aerobics with the rhythm of hip hop and R&B music. With its upbeat atmosphere and infectious energy, it’s a fun and challenging way to burn calories, boost endurance, and get moving to the beat! Her classes are a high-energy experience you won’t want to miss.

Paty Lorena Solórzano
Yoga Instructor
Paty is a dance artist, mover, and yogi with over 20 years of experience teaching, performing, and choreographing nationally and internationally. From 2019–2023, she was an Assistant Professor of Dance at the University of the Americas in Puebla, Mexico. She discovered yoga during her graduate studies and earned her 200hr certification from Movicorpo® in 2023. Paty now teaches through Movicorpo®’s Online Movement Academy. Her yoga approach blends her dance background with somatic awareness, functional anatomy, and inclusive, creative movement.

Leslie Derrick

Hi! I’m Alicia, but some people know me as Deetch. I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a lifelong passion for fitness. I played many sports, including college volleyball, and after graduating, I found myself needing a new outlet to stay active. This led me to discover outdoor cycling over 10 years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since! For the past 6 years, I’ve brought that same energy to indoor cycling. Now, I’m excited to guide others on their fitness journey, helping you move your body in ways that are fun, engaging, and focused on injury prevention. Let’s ride
